As one-half of the Tandem Realty Team at Navigate Realty, Monica wants to help you find your next home (the other half of the team is her husband Todd). She works in tandem with her clients to squeeze the most value out of a sale or purchase and she does it in a timely, professional manner.
Monica has always had a strong drive and passion to help people. Whether in her past as a fitness instructor and manager, her time spent in agriculture as both a farmer and farm-product developer, or currently as a real estate broker, her goal has been to help people achieve their dreams.
Monica was born in Kentucky but moved to North Carolina with her husband over 20 years ago. In that time, they have come to know and love NC as their home and are both so happy to help others find their home here as well.
She has been involved in real estate for many years, first as an owner of investment property, and then by managing properties owned by others. A few years ago, Monica took the next logical step became a real estate broker. Recently she has taken on the additional role of Broker In Charge (BIC) for Navigate Realty. As broker and broker in charge, Monica is an expert at helping buyers find their dream homes and sellers venture forth towards their next dream destination.
